Retro 1969 Mobil home original 60's charm and super fast StarLink internet.  Fully stocked kitchen with a 4 burner gas stove. Lots of original jalousie (louvered) style windows. Carpeted living spaces and oversized comfortable living room seating. Arcadia door opens through to a nice size covered patio for outdoor dining and barbecuing. A large ponderosa tree soars through the canopy roof. Open view to the road ahead that leads to a trail and the national forest.

Guests have entire home, fenced porch and fenced back yard space. Private parking for two vehicles. Yard is not landscaped, its natural forest.

Munds Park is a quiet small country town. There are a few local restaurants in town and a fun local bar that hosts live karaoke. Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend enjoy a Saturday farmers market with live music and food vendors. Small local limited grocery stores are available. Flagstaff a hip college town is 20 minutes away, has lots of  unique restaurants, boutique shops, Indian Art Stores, local brewery's, The Lowell Observatory, and many other attractions.  Sedona is about 1 hour away.

Munds Park has a fun fishing lake, paddle boats and canoes allowed. It’s only minutes from the Retro Rose. Great to pack a lunch and sit out by the lake and take in the views.  There's also a small community playground for the kiddos.

In Munds Park we have an amazing BBQ Restaurant with indoor and outdoor patio seating, as well as a coffee shop and some other fun spots.  You may also find Karoke and sometimes live music on the weekends.  

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
